Vision

We want to see to it that every child who comes through our programs will hear the message of salvation and make a decision for Christ.  We desire to see children grow in a strong relationship with God and try to emulate His character.  We want them to continue their growth by learning Bible stories and Scripture, firmly rooting themselves on the truths they have learned.  It is our further hope that they will take these truths to others who may not know them and share them with an honest love for those people and our Lord.   We want every child to be given words they will never forget, love they will never lose and hope they will never surrender.

Sunday School

For children from birth to age 2, our Nursery is available during the entire service.  We have trained volunteers and helpers in this class, as well as a fully-stocked changing table and secluded nursing area.

Children from 2 to 4 are enrolled in our Preschool Sunday School class.  This class meets for the entire service, and mixes play and socialization with short teaching segments.  Snacks and crafts are incorporated into each lesson, and scripture memorization begins in this class.  Our new, fun curriculum features the friends from Veggie Tales - including Larry and Bob!

Our Primary Sunday School class is full of 5 to 7 year-olds.  Beginning with this class age, children remain with their parents in the service during the worship time.  Before the sermon begins, they are dismissed to their classroom.  Bible story lessons, music, Bible verse memorization, snack and games are a regular part of this class.

For our 8 to 12 year olds, Junior Church is the name of their Sunday School class.  We continue the same sort of activities as occur in our Primary class, but on an age-appropriate level.

Teens from ages 13 to 15 attend the Teen Sunday School class.  The curriculum focus for this group is to examine how Biblical truths affect them and learning to apply those truths to their everyday situations.
