Foreign

We believe Jesus meant it when He told us to share His good news with everyone.  At Harvest Fellowship, we have a dual focus for foreign missions - we send and we give
New Dawn

We have sponsored international trips that we organized ourselves using missionary contacts in the area we visited, and our teens have also participated in foreign ministry opportunities through Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and Teen Mania's Global Expeditions. They have been to places like Guatemala and Mississippi.

Along with sending missioniaries, we also support a number of them as well:

- Kevin and Jean Boehmer who work and pastor in Belize

- Edgar and Anita Cosigua who do youth work in the jungle area of Guatemala

- Joshua and Cesar Morales who organize mission trips and oversee several feeding centers in Guatemala City, Guatemala

- Dave and Deb Reichard who run "Hands of Compassion" orphanage in Guatemala

- Eduardo and Palmira Yacab, native missionaries church planters in Belize

- Raju and Grace Manchala, who are native pastors in northern India.

- Gospel for Asia, headed by KP Yohannan, which supports local pastors in many areas of southeast Asia

- New Dawn Feeding Center which provides food and basic education to homeless children in Guatemala City, Guatemala

- Voice of the Martyrs which ministers worldwide to missionaries and pastors who are suffering persecution for the sake of the gospel.

- Sean and Rachel Wieder who serve at YWAM in Tyler Texas. Sean is on staff at the School of the Bible and Rachel is on Staff at the School of Worship.

- Dave and Diane Desch who serve with CLC internationl in Fort Washington PA.

In addition to the monthly support provided to these individuals and agencies, each calendar quarter our Mission Board selects a missionary project, and we take a special offering for that project.  These projects can be as varied as helping one of the missionaries we support put windows in their new home to providing financial help for a missionary we don't regularly support, but whom we want to help with a special gift.
